The Introduction of Spinney Warwickshire

Spinney is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of an additional dealership based in Kenilworth, previously known as Broadlane.

The acquisition stemmed from a timely approach by Ben and Charlie Holland, the architects behind the Spinney brand, to fellow family-run business Broadlane’s owners Steve and Darren Brown. As Spinney looked to expand their portfolio of motorhome, campervan and caravan dealerships in the UK, and older brother Steve Brown from Broadlane wanted to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle enjoying home life, the timing was right and a deal surrounding the Kenilworth branch was struck.

Spinney Warwickshire will continue to stock new Coachman and Swift leisure vehicles in Kenilworth, including all warranty work and bookings previously made through Broadlane. Equally, vehicles purchased through any Spinney branch can be serviced and booked in at the new Spinney Warwickshire branch.

Following the recent acquisition, while the dealership’s name has changed, Spinney’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service and a premium selection of leisure vehicles at competitive prices stays the same. The Warwickshire branch features an extensive range of caravans, campers, and motorhomes.

Spinney is in the process of updating all details for the new branch and providing some FAQs to aid customers with this transition. Both companies are currently communicating directly with customers that have vehicles on order.
