Football may or may not be coming home, depending on how well Gareth Southgate’s England team do in the Euros… But we’re definitely going there, we’re going there…
Spinney is over the moon to be represented at Euro 2024, which begins this weekend, having sponsored UNDR THE COSH. We’ve lent the lads from the popular podcast and YouTube channel, an Elddis Autoquest 196 Vogue to serve as Undr The Cosh’s base of operations throughout their time at the tournament. They picked it up earlier this week and have set off to arrive in Germany in time for England’s opening group stages game (against Serbia at 8pm on Sunday 16th June in Gelsenkirchen).
Undr The Cosh began six years ago and has built up a massive following of football fans who are regularly entertained by frank banter and no-holds barred interviews, with current and former players. The Undr The Cosh team comprises Chris ‘ Browny’ Brown and award-winning writer Chris Brown (known as the t’other one) plus, The Beast – aka. Jon Parkin, who notably played for Barnsley, Preston, Hull City, Macclesfield, York City, Forest Green Rovers and Scunthorpe United, during his 21-year professional career. The trio discussed various aspects of their motorhome adventure in a recent Friday Club edition of the podcast and gave Spinney a very welcome shout-out!
