<p><strong style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Role Duties</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Meet & Greet all customers in a professional and timely manner.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Dealing with incoming telephone, email and online enquiries.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Assisting with vehicle enquiries and handing out keys to provide access to the vehicles on sale.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Supporting the sales team when needed with customer refreshments and information.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">• Experience of previous customer service role is essential.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">• Previous experience with a Dealer Management System or something similar is an advantage but training will be given.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">• Computer literacy.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">• Basic industry and product knowledge will be required, but full training will be provided.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Hours</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Sat: 9am-5pm</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Sun: 10am-4pm</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">30 minutes unpaid break</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">This role is currently part time but could lead to full time.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">May be required to cover holiday or additional hours to meet business needs.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(28, 30, 33);">Please send your CV to rob.farmer@spinney.co.uk</span></p>
