Our Cheshire branch has been offering a helpful and friendly service to its customers for all their motorhome and caravan needs since 1975.

Our six-acre site in the heart of the Cheshire countryside is equipped with a new state of the art ten bay workshop, service centre and benefits from a cosy on-site café and well stocked accessory shop.

In May 2018 Spinney invested in Flintshire Caravans in Queensferry and rebranded it to Spinney Flintshire at the end of the season ready for the brand-new 2020 season.

At Spinney Flintshire we will be bringing our expertise with motorhomes from the Cheshire branch to Flintshire as well as continuing to offer expert knowledge on the touring caravans. Customers will start to see a bigger range of used motorhomes and a number of new models from several different manufacturers being added in the 2020 season.

Staffordshire BRANCH

Our Staffordshire branch has been a new destination for customers since October 2015, when we invested in North Staffs Caravans. Although the name has changed to Spinney, we are in the same great location, with the same friendly faces that are providing the same quality products and service.

This branch offers a wide variety of new and used caravans, with fully equipped seven bay workshop, fully stocked accessory shop and lush new café.

7 Berths

Layout

This layout is suited to those who like to entertain and one of the UK’s preferred layouts. Typically compromising of twin facing sofas, one down either side of the layout.

The sofas usually convert into a large transverse double bed, which makes for a good choice for taller travelers and those who like a good sized sleeping space.

Dinette Layouts, as the name implies are designed to create a fixed seat dinning area, the table can be removed to create a larger lounge area. Always situated towards the front of the motorhome, both the forward (and rear facing) bench seats can be fitted with additional seatbelts, allowing for extra travelling seats, which makes these layouts the ideal choice, if you are planning to travel with more than a plus one.

Found within the commonly named ‘hi-line’ coachbuilts motorhomes, good-sized fixed double sleeping space inside a prominent over-cab moulding. Which means no bed-making duties. More suitable for adults or families with older kids, as a ladder is required to gain access to the space. This is a more practical than elegant feature, which can also be used to store lightweight items while travelling.

Fixed Double Bed

The Fixed double bed is a common bed alternative to an island or French double and is better suited to those motorhomes where space is at a premium. The fixed double is usually located at the rear of the van, and often rose to allow for larger external storage spaces.

Motorhomes with a fully fitted end kitchen suit those who like to cook in comfort often fitted withfull sized ovens, grills and at least a three-burner hob. They usually benefit from a large fridge. This design is mainly found in coachbuilt or partially integrated motorhomes.

A lounge at the rear of the motorhome usually offers more seating, often with three large windows for exceptional panoramic views when on site. When situated at the back of the van means more comfort and no thoroughfare, to other parts of the layout. Plus the rear sofas convert nicely into what often turns out into a good-sized double bed, ideal for taller travelers. These are popular in the UK where evenings are cooler so you can relax in the warmth and still enjoy the vista.

Kids just love bunk beds; it gives them their own space, a great practical solution for kids sleeping. They provide a good nights sleep, after fun packed days. Usually found along the rear or side of the layout. The options of motorhome are vast from over cab coachbuilts, which mean ready-made beds for both adults and children, to smaller van where adults may have to make up their sleeping space from the sofas.

A-Class Motorhomes

A-Class motorhomes are considered by many to be the ultimate motorhome. Their integrated cab creates a virtually seamless external profile between the driving and living space, whilst many models are found at the flagship end of the cost spectrum, there is also a growing number of more affordable and driver friendly models under 3.5 tonnes.

Coachbuilt Motorhomes

Low-profile motorhomes are the seasons must have... and for good reason. They are sleek, better looking and can be packed with equipment that means some now rival A-Class motorhomes in terms of comfort, room and practicality. The arrival of electric drop-down beds above the lounge, along with fixed doubles or singles above a garage in the rear make them great for families and couples alike.

Lo Profile

A relatively new profile style, sleeker integration of the roof line into the cab makes for a more attractive external profile, internally the over cab space can be packed with equipment without compromising, room and practicality. The advent of electric drop-down beds above the lounge is making the low profile a serious contender for the future of motorhoming.

Van Conversions

Panel campervans tend to measure near to 6 meter in length, making them great for weekends away and short trips. Commonly designed with little or no external modifications, they are often priced competitively and will appeal to those on a budget and those who do not want a large vehicle.

CHESHIRE BRANCH

Our Cheshire branch has been offering a helpful and friendly service to its customers for all their motorhome and caravan needs since 1975.

Our six-acre site in the heart of the Cheshire countryside is equipped with a new state of the art ten bay workshop, service centre and benefits from a cosy on-site café and well stocked accessory shop.

With twelve brands in our Cheshire site alone, we offer a huge choice of caravans and motorhomes.

In May 2018 Spinney invested in Flintshire Caravans in Queensferry and rebranded it to Spinney Flintshire at the end of the season ready for the brand-new 2020 season.

At Spinney Flintshire we will be bringing our expertise with motorhomes from the Cheshire branch to Flintshire as well as continuing to offer expert knowledge on the touring caravans. Customers will start to see a bigger range of used motorhomes and a number of new models from several different manufacturers being added in the 2020 season.

Our Staffordshire branch has been a new destination for customers since October 2015, when we invested in North Staffs Caravans. Although the name has changed to Spinney, we are in the same great location, with the same friendly faces that are providing the same quality products and service.

This branch offers a wide variety of new and used caravans, with fully equipped seven bay workshop, fully stocked accessory shop and lush new café.

If you like the idea of a fixed bed but don’t want to disturb your partner if you have visit the loo during the night, the twin single bed layout could be for you.

You will find two permanent single beds running down either side layout. This layouts usually takes advantage of the under bed space for extra storage or large external locker spaces.

This layout is suited to those who like to entertain and one of the UK’s preferred layouts. Typically compromising of twin facing sofas, one down either side of the layout.

The sofas usually convert into a large transverse double bed, which makes for a good choice for taller travelers and those who like a good sized sleeping space.

Dinette Layouts, as the name implies are designed to create a fixed seat dinning area, the table can be removed to create a larger lounge area. Always situated towards the front of the motorhome, both the forward (and rear facing) bench seats can be fitted with additional seatbelts, allowing for extra travelling seats, which makes these layouts the ideal choice, if you are planning to travel with more than a plus one.

Found within the commonly named ‘hi-line’ coachbuilts motorhomes, good-sized fixed double sleeping space inside a prominent over-cab moulding. Which means no bed-making duties. More suitable for adults or families with older kids, as a ladder is required to gain access to the space. This is a more practical than elegant feature, which can also be used to store lightweight items while travelling.

Fixed Double Bed

The Fixed double bed is a common bed alternative to an island or French double and is better suited to those motorhomes where space is at a premium. The fixed double is usually located at the rear of the van, and often rose to allow for larger external storage spaces.

Motorhomes with a fully fitted end kitchen suit those who like to cook in comfort often fitted withfull sized ovens, grills and at least a three-burner hob. They usually benefit from a large fridge. This design is mainly found in coachbuilt or partially integrated motorhomes.

A lounge at the rear of the motorhome usually offers more seating, often with three large windows for exceptional panoramic views when on site. When situated at the back of the van means more comfort and no thoroughfare, to other parts of the layout. Plus the rear sofas convert nicely into what often turns out into a good-sized double bed, ideal for taller travelers. These are popular in the UK where evenings are cooler so you can relax in the warmth and still enjoy the vista.

Kids just love bunk beds; it gives them their own space, a great practical solution for kids sleeping. They provide a good nights sleep, after fun packed days. Usually found along the rear or side of the layout. The options of motorhome are vast from over cab coachbuilts, which mean ready-made beds for both adults and children, to smaller van where adults may have to make up their sleeping space from the sofas.
