There cannot be anyone in the Motorhome Industry who does not know Andrew Cooper, Sales Manager. Starting with the company almost 25 years ago in the Workshops as Paint Sprayer, Welder, Fabricator and Mechanic. He has seen Spinney grow from humble beginnings to its now formidable place in the market. He has formed the backbone of the Sales Department for many years and has a substantial number of loyal customers who value his honesty, integrity and friendly service. His energy and enthusiasm are continually ploughed into the whole Company aiming to continually improve service and customer relations.

The only people who know more about Autotrails than Richard are Autotrail themselves. He has been with Spinney for 7 years working his way to Sales Executive now and loves every minute of it. His customers love his 'Sales Chatter' with many of them often in tears of laughter. He is highly successful and a great asset for Spinney. He is an expert at dealing with part exchages and finance packages.

What a lovely smile ! One for the Ladies, they all love Ben "Benjo" Holland! Son of the Managing Director he is keen to see Spinney develop even further. He has the smiley care-free attitude that all the Customers and Staff enjoy. Previously employed with Irlams, the Family haulage firm, he is used to driving the big trucks. Fancying a change he jumped at the opportunity to work within Spinney as Sales Executive. He is a keen camper himself so can offer plenty of good advice.

Nick Holland is the son of the Managing Director and has been with the company since college. He started in the Workshop and now has all the background knowledge from PDI to damp repairs. He has taken over as Caravan Sales Manager. With his workshop background he can offer good honest advice to make you feel confident that you will make the right purchase.

Matt is one of our newest members of the team. He works as part of the Sales Team. He is known as the Key Master. If you need to see inside a motorhome on display then this is who you should see. We are pleased that he has now become a full time employee and he is currently in training to further enhance our knowledgeable Sales Department.

Martin Hailwood, our Accountant, takes care of paying all the bills (and the Staff - for which they all love him) and taking care of finance paperwork and invoicing, for example.

He has a cheerful personality and a Liverpudlian accent.

Workshop

Ian Woodcock is Spinney's Customer Care Manager. He has been taken on to continually improve customer satisfaction. He has become very popular with our customers with his honest straight talking advice. Ian has a very good understanding of the industry working closely with Nick Palmer we feel he will take Spinney's Aftersales from strength to strength.

Nick Palmer is another time served member of the 'Spinney Team' working as Workshop Foreman. This is the person responsible for making sure your motorhome purchases are prepared to the highest standards. He is an expert at fitting all Fiamma products and has Fiamma fitting qualification. He is one of the top authorities on Frankia, Autotrail, Autosleeper, Compass, Autocruise and Swift servicing. Well liked by the customers for his hard work and attention to detail.

Click to From a simple oil change to more complex brake repairs Terry, our Mechanic, is your first choice. He has been working with large vehicles for 20 years. He is ever helpful and always puts customers first. So if you need an engine service for your pride and joy he can oblige. He is a keen family man enjoying taking his children to resorts like Euro-Disney.

Harry, our Coachbuilder, is a real asset to Spinney. His skills allow us to complete even the most challenging damp repairs. His cheerful nature goes down well with customers as does his fine attention to detail. Harry is a hard worker who gives up plenty of his spare time for Spinney, you will often see him in at the Weekends.

Mick Archer is one of the most experienced Technicians we have come across, if Mick can't do it no one can. He started 35 years ago building ERF Roadrangers to Horseboxes to Fire Engines, now with Motorhomes he can put his hand to any vehicle body repair. With having people like Mick our customers can have the confidence of getting the highest quality of work available.

We headhunted Roger Brown as he has 32 years experience in vehicle body repair. with people like Roger on board Spinney can offer the quality of repair that the customer deserves. Roger can put his hand to anything that is given to him. We feel that he is one of the most skilled coachbuilders in the country.
